Construction works across the site continue to advance steadily and according to schedule. All concrete structural works, block wall construction, and both internal and external plastering have been successfully completed on the main residential blocks. The project has now moved decisively into the finishing stage.
Interior works are progressing well, with plumbing first-fix installations nearing completion, electrical conduits and wiring largely finalized, and ceiling, aluminum, screeding, and painting works ongoing across Blocks A and B. For Block C, which will house the boutique hotel component, both civil and MEP works are actively underway.
January 2026 also marks important new milestones on site. Lift installations have officially commenced, alongside the start of swimming pool construction. In parallel, external works including backfilling, utility structures, and early landscaping preparations are progressing as planned.
Most importantly, all finishing materials have now been fully procured, ensuring a smooth transition into the final phases of construction without delays. With handover scheduled for June 2026, Royal Golf View Apartment Hotel is firmly on track to deliver a high-quality living and investment opportunity in one of Kigali’s most prestigious neighborhoods.
