Royal Golf View Apartment Hotel continues to make confident strides towards completion. Building on August’s momentum, the project is now focused on final interior finishes and external development.
Construction highlights
Blocks A & B: Interior works are progressing through the final stages, including ceilings, flooring, plumbing, tiling, painting and aluminium works. Cabinetry, fixtures, electrical installations and basement finishing are also advancing.
Block C: Structural and civil works are almost complete, with MEP installations now underway.
External works: Backfilling is nearly finished, while the water tank, generator house, perimeter fencing, landscaping, external concrete and façade works continue to progress.
Our fully furnished mockup apartment is open for private tours, offering a firsthand experience of the finishes, layouts and craftsmanship planned for Royal Golf View.
