Aleph Hospitality Signs Hotel Management Agreement for Best Western Premier – Royal Golf View, Kigali
DND Developers is pleased to announce the signing of a hotel management agreement with Aleph Hospitality, the largest independent hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa, for Best Western Premier – Royal Golf View, Kigali.
The announcement, made on 29 January 2026, marks Aleph Hospitality’s third hotel in Kigali, Rwanda’s capital, and further strengthens the city’s growing position as a regional hub for business and tourism. The property is scheduled to open in July 2027 under Aleph Hospitality’s management.
Located in Kacyiru, one of Kigali’s most sought-after neighborhoods and near the Kigali Golf Club, Best Western Premier – Royal Golf View, Kigali will comprise 60 hotel rooms and 41 branded residences. The development will also feature two food and beverage outlets, a health club, and a swimming pool, offering a premium hospitality experience aligned with international standards.
Commenting on the partnership, Daniel Mehari, Managing Director of DND Developers, stated that Aleph Hospitality’s strong regional expertise and operational track record provide confidence in the long-term success of the project.
Aleph Hospitality highlighted Rwanda’s strong tourism outlook, noting sustained growth in visitor arrivals and increasing demand for high-quality accommodation in Kigali. The partnership reflects Aleph Hospitality’s continued expansion across Africa and the Middle East, where its portfolio currently includes 80 hotels, with 50 in operation and 30 under development.
Best Western Premier – Royal Golf View, Kigali also reinforces BWH Hotels’ commitment to expanding its premium brand presence in Africa through trusted development and management partners.
This collaboration between DND Developers, Aleph Hospitality, and BWH Hotels represents a significant milestone in the delivery of a landmark hospitality and branded residential development in Kigali.
