Royal Golf View: finishing progress and the next steps

Finishing progress in Blocks A and B
Blockwork and plastering are complete in both blocks. The October newsletter reports the following progress for each block:

Block C and external works
Block C civil and structural works are reported at 100%, with MEP piping and blockwork each at 40%. External works continue, including landscaping, fencing, concrete works and finishing. The full newsletter provides the detailed breakdown and construction timeline.
Power systems, lighting and amenities
Dedicated transformer and standby generator works are underway. Interior, exterior and common-area lighting fixtures are being installed and tested. Swimming-pool tiling, filtration and deck finishing are progressing, alongside stormwater drainage channels and site grading.
Interior touch-ups, cabinetry and joinery, painting and snagging inspections are also part of the continuing finishing programme. Figures and work descriptions on this page reflect the October 2026 newsletter.
