The Final Countdown: Entering the Home Stretch
Building on the strong momentum of July, August has been all about precision, craftsmanship and attention to detail as the team finalises spatial aesthetics and technical installations across every residential block. Overall structural and enclosure works are complete, and finishing materials procurement is essentially finished at 99–100%.
Construction Highlights & Site Developments
- Block C structural milestones: Structural work on Block C has reached its final topping-out stages, paving the way for full mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins across the entire building.
- Interior refinement in Blocks A & B: Interior works are advancing rapidly, with ceiling structures, wall finishes, tiling and custom cabinetry transforming spaces into finished homes. Electrical and plumbing fixture installations are progressing to prepare each unit for final turnover.
- External infrastructure & landscaping: Earthworks and perimeter security fencing are nearly finished, construction of the dedicated water tank and generator house is well underway, and green-space landscaping is shaping the hotel’s surrounding environment.
