External Works
External works are also moving forward, including:
- Backfilling – 95%
- Water tank and generator house – 60%
- Landscaping works – 35%

Premium Finishing Materials Secured
DND Developers has also reached a major procurement milestone. Premium finishing materials required for the project have successfully arrived and are currently secured either on-site or at the Port of Mombasa. This helps support the continuation of interior works and reduces the risk of delays during the finishing phase.
Early Apartment Launch Strategy Approved
Best Western Hotels and Aleph Hospitality have officially approved a partial opening strategy. This will allow the residential apartments to begin operations and welcome guests ahead of the final completion of the hotel block.
This phased approach is designed to create earlier value for investors, residents, and future guests while the wider development continues toward full completion.
International Property Roadshow
As part of its international outreach efforts, DND Developers also planned to showcase Royal Golf View Apartment Hotel during the London and Paris Property Roadshow on July 4, 2026, in partnership with Century Real Estate and key associates.
This initiative reflects DND Developers’ continued effort to connect with diaspora buyers, friends of Rwanda, and investors interested in Kigali’s growing real estate market.

The current payment plan for new buyers is:
- 50% during signing of the contract
