We are pleased to share our March 2026 progress update for the Royal Golf View Apartment Hotel, a premium mixed-use development overlooking the prestigious Kigali Golf Club in Kacyiru.
Designed to combine luxury living, hospitality, and prime location, this landmark project continues to move steadily toward completion.
Construction Progress Highlights
Significant milestones have already been achieved across the main residential blocks:
Structural and wall works
- Concrete structure completed
- Block wall works completed
- Internal and external plastering works completed
Finishing preparation
- Procurement of finishing materials is 90% complete
Block A & Block B – Finishing Works
Progress on finishing works continues across the residential towers:
- Plumbing drainage: up to 90–100% completed
- Electrical conduits and wiring: up to 95% completed
- Screeding works: up to 95% completed
- Ceiling works progressing between 40–60%
- Internal paint works advancing up to 50%
- Aluminium installations reaching 70–75%
- Tiling works scheduled to begin shortly
Block C – Boutique Hotel Component
The boutique hotel block continues structural and technical works:
- Civil works: 40% completed
- MEP works: 10% completed
External Works
Work around the development site is also progressing:
- Backfilling works: 95% completed
- Retaining walls: 75% completed
- Water tank & generator house: 60% completed
- Landscaping works underway
Hospitality Partnership Announcement
We are proud to announce that Aleph Hospitality has been appointed to manage the luxury hotel component of the development. This partnership further strengthens the international appeal of the project and aligns with our vision of delivering a world-class hospitality and residential destination in Kigali.
The hotel is expected to open in 2027, becoming a key addition to Kigali’s growing tourism and business infrastructure.
