October has been a month of great progress and community connection for the Royal Golf View Apartment Hotel Project in Kacyiru, Kigali.
Construction Progress
Finishing works are now advancing across both Blocks A and B, with electrical, plumbing, ceiling materials, and tiles already on site. All remaining finishing materials are scheduled to arrive by January 2026.
Larubibi Construction, a trusted name in Kigali’s building industry, is leading this crucial stage, ensuring that each residence reflects the premium standards that define DND Developers.
Simultaneously, construction continues on the Hotel Block (Block C), marking another major milestone in the project’s journey toward completion.
