Royal Golf View Apartment Hotel – November 2025 Project Update
November has been another strong month for progress at the Royal Golf View Apartment Hotel, located in the prime neighborhood of Kacyiru, Kigali, overlooking the Kigali Golf Club.
Construction Progress
Both Blocks A and B have entered the finishing phase, with on-site teams working on:
- Floor screeding and tiling
- Aluminium doors and window installations
- Ceiling framing and wall smoothing for painting
- Electrical wiring and plumbing
Most finishing materials have been procured or are in the process of procurement, ensuring that the project remains on schedule.
Construction on Block C, which will house the Hotel Tower, continues steadily with over 25% of the concrete structure completed as of November 2025.
