As we move further into November, the Royal Golf View Apartment Hotel continues to take shape in the heart of Kacyiru, overlooking the Kigali Golf Club. The project has entered the finishing phase, with tiling, ceiling works, aluminum doors and windows, and interior wall finishes actively underway.
Both Block A and Block B are now in their final stages, while Block C (the hotel tower) has surpassed 25% completion — marking a major milestone in our construction journey. Most finishing materials have already been procured, ensuring that our teams stay on schedule for the targeted completion in Q2 2026.
